I can't upload a video

Uploaded videos are kept in your own Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive, so one has to be connected first. Or paste a link instead.

Uploaded videos are saved to your own cloud drive, not to your Drobber storage. So Upload a file needs Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive connected under Storage first, and working. Only the workspace owner can connect a drive.

Uploads can be MP4, MOV or WebM files up to 1 GB, one at a time.

No drive? Under Paste a link, use a YouTube link (public or unlisted, with embedding allowed), a Vimeo link, or the address of an .mp4, .mov or .webm file. These play from where they are hosted and use none of your storage.

If a video says this month’s video allowance is used up, the workspace has streamed its monthly allowance of uploaded and drive videos. It resets on the 1st. YouTube, Vimeo and direct links do not count. See Video feedback and timestamps.
