Comment types
Say what kind of change a comment asks for, from a typo to something broken, and filter the list down to one kind.
A new comment can say what kind of change it is. The type shows as a coloured label on the comment, so your team can see at a glance what needs doing.
Choose a type#
In the new comment box, the Type row starts as Comment. Press it to open What kind of change? and pick one:
- Comment
- Typo
- Text change
- Image swap
- Layout and spacing
- Something's broken
- Question
Anyone who can comment can choose a type when they post, guests included. A suggested text edit with no type chosen is saved as a Text change.
Change a type later#
Open the comment on the site and use the type control at its top to choose another. You need to be signed in to an account to do this. Guests see the label but cannot change it.
In Drobber, the type shows as a label on the comment and on its card in the board, but it cannot be changed there.
Show one type#
On the site, open the comment panel, press Filter comments and choose a type under Type. Choose Any type to see them all again. There is no type filter in Drobber's own comment list.
