If Drobber isn't right for you, contact support within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund everything you have paid. Your plan ends when the refund is made.

When the 30 days start#

The 30 days count from your first payment, not from when you signed up, so any free trial comes first:

• Monthly or yearly, chosen with more than 2 days of the trial left: from the day the trial ends and your first payment is taken.
• Monthly or yearly, chosen after the trial or with 2 days or less of it left: from the day you subscribe, as you pay straight away.
• Lifetime licence: from the day you buy it, even if your trial had days left.

If a promotion code makes your first months free, the 30 days still start when your subscription does, so they fall within the free months.

Ask for a refund#

1. Open the menu under your name and choose Help, then Contact support.
2. Tell us you would like your money back.

The refund covers everything you have paid that has not been refunded already, extra storage included. Your subscription and any extra storage stop straight away, and the workspace is paused as if a trial had ended. Nothing is deleted, so you can choose a plan again later.

After the 30 days#

Once the guarantee has passed, there are no refunds for part-used periods. You can still cancel at any time, and everything keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
