Turn off a Zap or Make scenario

Pause or stop a Zap or Make scenario, or remove the drk_ key to stop everything using it at once. And what to check when nothing arrives.

Turn a Zap or scenario off in Zapier or Make, or remove its key in Drobber to stop everything that uses it at once.

  • Zapier: turn the Zap off and Drobber stops sending to it straight away.
  • Make: switching a scenario off pauses it, and Make keeps what Drobber sends until you switch it back on. To stop for good, delete the scenario, then delete its webhook under Webhooks in Make.
  • Everything at once: open the menu under your name, choose Integrations, and press Remove next to the key on the Zapier & Make card. Every Zap and scenario using it stops straight away.

A key also stops working for a project when you lose access to that project.

Nothing arriving?#

  • Check the Zap or scenario is switched on.
  • Check it watches the project you commented on, or every project.
  • Check its key is still listed on the Zapier & Make card under Integrations. Each key shows when it was last used.
  • Check you can see the project yourself: a key only reaches projects its person can see.
