What to check when the comment tools, reminders, videos, Claude or a connected tool are not doing what you expect.

• The comment tools don't appear on my siteCheck you opened the review link, that the snippet is in the page, the allowed origins and any speed or caching plugins.
• "This page could not be shown" at tablet or mobile sizeThe site does not allow itself to be shown in a frame, which the tablet and mobile previews need. Resize your browser window instead.
• My client didn't get a deadline reminderReminders only go to client accounts on the project, on the days you ticked, from 9am UK time. Here is what to check.
• I can't upload a videoUploaded videos are kept in your own Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive, so one has to be connected first. Or paste a link instead.
• A change to Drobber isn't showing yetThe comment tools update themselves when the page loads. If a CDN in front of the site holds an old copy, reload once or twice.
• Claude can't see DrobberCheck the connection is listed under Integrations and has been used, that you started Claude after connecting, and that your plan includes Claude.
• Comments aren't reaching a connected toolCheck the tool is turned on for the project, look for a failing message, and reconnect with a fresh token if the tool stopped answering.
