The free trial
Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with everything included and no card needed. What happens when it ends.
Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with everything switched on, and no card is needed to start. If a friend sent you their referral link, your trial is 30 days instead.
What's included#
Everything in the plan, with nothing held back: unlimited projects and people, the integrations, visitor feedback and developer details. Storage is the same as on the paid plan.
While the trial runs, the top of the dashboard shows how long is left (for example "Trial: 9 days left") with an Upgrade button. It turns red with less than 3 days to go. The countdown shows on wider screens; Billing always shows how long is left too.
Choose a plan during the trial#
Open the menu under your name and choose Billing. If you pick monthly or yearly with more than 2 days of the trial left, you keep the rest of the trial: your card is added now and the first charge waits until the trial ends. With 2 days or less left, you are charged straight away. A lifetime licence is always charged straight away.
If you chose a plan on the pricing page before signing up, you go to the payment page straight after creating your account, on the same terms.
When the trial ends#
If you haven't chosen a plan, nothing is deleted. Your projects, comments and files all stay, but they are paused until you choose a plan:
- In the dashboard, projects show "Your free trial has ended" with a Choose a plan button. Billing, your account, Help, Contact support, Team and Refer a friend stay open.
- Review links and the comment tools on your sites stop working. Your team sees that the trial has ended; anyone else sees "This review is paused".
- PDF, image and video reviews are paused too, and new projects, tool connections, Zapier, Make and Claude wait for a plan.
- Clients see "Projects are paused" and can only reach their account and Help.
Choose a plan under Billing and everything comes straight back, exactly as you left it. The same happens if a paid plan ends, with "Your plan has ended" in place of the trial message.
Not sure yet? The money-back guarantee gives you 30 days from your first payment to change your mind.
