Add more storage

Every workspace has 150 MB on Drobber (more on AppSumo's tiers). If you would rather keep everything on Drobber than connect your own drive, the workspace owner can add more for a monthly fee, on top of the plan.

Who can add it#

Extra storage is its own monthly subscription, separate from your plan, so it works with monthly, yearly, lifetime and AppSumo alike. Only the workspace owner can buy or change it.

• During a free trial, or once a trial or plan has ended, it isn't available: choose a plan first.
• If your last payment failed, update your card under Billing first.

Add storage#

1. Open the menu under your name and choose Storage.
2. Under More storage on Drobber, choose a size. Each one shows its price a month.
3. Pay on the secure Stripe payment page. The extra space is added as soon as you have paid.

The sizes on offer and their prices are shown on the Storage page. Extra storage is not discounted during a sale, and promotion codes don't apply to it.

Change size#

Come back to Storage and press Switch to, on the size you want. A bigger size is charged for the rest of the month straight away; a smaller one is credited on your next bill. You can only move to a smaller size if your files already fit in it; otherwise the button says "Your files would not fit".

Cancel#

Press Cancel extra storage and confirm. It lasts until the end of the month you have paid for. Changed your mind before then? Press Keep it.

If you are over your storage once it ends, nothing is deleted. Files already stored stay, but new uploads wait until there is room again. The same applies if your plan ends, as extra storage stops at the end of its paid month too.
