The Feedback column and filter
Find every comment waiting on your client to check: the Board’s Feedback column, the Feedback filter and the Inbox.
Feedback is the status for comments waiting on the client to check: you have made a change, and you need them to look and confirm. Drobber gives you several ways to see just those comments, on one project or across all of them.
On the Board#
Open the project. The Board has three columns: In Progress, Feedback and Resolved. Everything waiting on a reply is in the Feedback column. Drag a card there when you hand something back to your client, and drag it to Resolved when they are happy.
On the Comments tab#
Open the Comments tab and press the Feedback chip. It shows how many comments are waiting, for example Feedback (4), and lists them grouped by page or file. The other chips are Unresolved (the default), In Progress, Resolved and All.
Across all your projects#
Open the Inbox from the top of the dashboard and press Feedback to see every comment waiting on a reply, on every project you can see. See Assigning comments and the Inbox.
On the site or file#
In the comment tools on the page, press Filter comments and choose Feedback under Status. The list then shows only those comments. This is handy for clients: send them the review link and ask them to check everything under Feedback.
Review comments or visitor feedback#
If a website project has visitor feedback turned on, or has had some, your team sees a Show comments from switch above the Board and the Comments tab:
- Everyone: all comments.
- Review: only comments from your team and clients, left through the review link.
- Visitors: only feedback sent through the Feedback tab on the live site, with a count.
Clients never see this switch, and never see visitor feedback.
Every comment shows its status by colour: green for In Progress, amber for Feedback and grey for Resolved. See Comment statuses.
