Questions from agencies and teams
Accounts for clients, what visitors see, team pricing, plans, screenshots and Claude: short answers for the people running projects.
Do my clients need an account?#
By default, yes: the first time they open the review link they sign up or sign in, and an owner lets them in. To skip accounts, turn off Require an account to comment in the project’s Settings, and anyone with the link can comment by giving their name. See Guest comments.
Will visitors to the live site see Drobber?#
No. The snippet switches itself off for anyone who did not arrive through the review link. The one exception is visitor feedback, which you turn on yourself when you want a Feedback tab on the live site.
What sites does it work on?#
Any website where you can add a line of script to the <head>: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, sites built with AI tools, and hand-built sites. WordPress also has a plugin. See Add the script to your site. PDFs, images and videos need no script at all.
Do I pay per person?#
No. There are no per-seat fees: add your whole team and as many clients as you like. See Plans and prices.
Is there a free trial?#
Yes, 14 days with everything included, and no card needed to start. See The free trial.
What happens when my trial ends?#
Reviews pause and the dashboard asks you to choose a plan. Nothing is deleted: your projects and comments are all still there when you do.
Can I get a refund?#
Yes. Contact support within 30 days of your first payment and we refund everything you have paid. See 30-day money-back guarantee.
Does Drobber take screenshots automatically?#
No. A screenshot is only added when someone presses the capture button, pastes an image or attaches one. See Screenshots.
What does each comment record?#
The page it was left on, the element, the browser, operating system, device type and window size, so you can see what your client saw. See What each comment records.
Can my clients see visitor feedback?#
No. Feedback from visitors to the live site is only shown to your team.
Can feedback go to Jira, Slack or our other tools?#
Yes. Drobber sends comments to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Linear, GitHub, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, monday.com, Notion and more, and works with Zapier and Make. See How integrations work.
Can Claude fix the feedback for me?#
Claude can read a comment and its screenshots, make the change in your site’s code or in WordPress, and reply on the comment for your client to check. It acts as you and sees the projects you can see. See Connect Claude and What Claude can see and do.
