Approving a change made with Claude
For clients: when your agency fixes a comment with Claude, it moves to Feedback with a note of what changed. Check it, then resolve or reply.
Your agency may use Claude to make some of the changes you ask for. You don’t need to do anything different: you check the change and approve it as usual.
How you’ll know#
The comment moves to Feedback, with a reply under the name of the person at your agency who ran Claude. It starts “Fixed:” with a short summary of the change, sometimes with before and after pictures, and asks you to check it and resolve it if you are happy.
If the change was made on GitHub, the reply comes from GitHub instead, with a link to the change, and asks you to check it once it is live.
Drobber lets you know as it does for any reply. See Emails and notifications.
Check and approve#
- Open the comment, on the site or in Drobber.
- Look at the change on the site. Depending on how your agency works, it may already be live, or on a test copy they point you to.
- Happy with it? Click the coloured status on the comment and choose Resolved.
- Not quite? Reply saying what still needs changing. A reply doesn’t change the status, so set it back to In Progress as well, so your agency can see it needs more work.
More about what each status means: Comment statuses. To sign off a whole project rather than one comment, see Client approval and sign-off.
