Comments aren't reaching a connected tool
Check the tool is turned on for the project, look for a failing message, and reconnect with a fresh token if the tool stopped answering.
- Open the project’s Settings and find Connected tools. The tool must be on for this project, with a destination chosen. It shows when it last sent, or Nothing sent yet: sending starts with the next comment, so earlier comments are not sent.
- If it says the last attempt failed, the message beside it says why. A revoked or expired token is the usual cause: disconnect the tool and connect it again with a fresh token. A connection shared by the whole workspace is on the Integrations page, where only owners can change it.
- Check the destination still exists and the connected account can still add to it.
- Comments still save in Drobber when a tool is down. Only that delivery is missed.
Status changes made in the tool come back to Drobber instantly where the tool supports it, and otherwise within a few minutes. See How integrations work.
For Zapier and Make, see Turn off a Zap or Make scenario, which also covers what to check when nothing arrives.
