Reset your password

On the sign-in page, press Forgot your password?, enter your email and press Send reset link. The link we email you lasts an hour and works once.

Reset it#

1. On the sign-in page, press Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email and press Send reset link.
3. Open the email and click the link within an hour.
4. Enter your new password (8 or more characters) twice and press Set new password.
5. Sign in with your new password.

For your privacy, the page says the same thing whether or not the email has an account: "If that email has an account, a reset link is on its way." Asking for another link cancels the earlier ones, so always use the newest email. If no email arrives, check your spam folder. We send at most 5 reset links an hour to one address.

What a reset signs out#

Setting a new password signs you out everywhere, in case someone else had your old one:

• Every dashboard session, on every device.
• Every sign-in to the comment tools on your sites.
• Every Claude connection, and every Zapier and Make key you made. Connect them again afterwards with new keys. See Disconnect Claude, Zapier and Make.

Two-factor sign-in stays on, so you still need a code from your app (or a recovery code) to sign in afterwards.

Change your password while signed in#

There is no separate change-password form. Sign out, then use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. The same steps apply, including signing you out everywhere.
