AppSumo codes

Redeem an AppSumo code at app.drobber.com/redeem, and stack up to three codes for more projects, storage and integrations.

Bought Drobber on AppSumo? Redeem your code at app.drobber.com/redeem to put your workspace on the AppSumo lifetime deal. Each code you add moves you up a tier, up to three codes.

Every tier has unlimited team members, clients and comments, Slack and Microsoft Teams, and unlimited storage in your own Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox.

What Tier 1 leaves out#

Tier 1 has everything for collecting and managing feedback, but not the workflow features. These come with Tier 2 and Tier 3:

  • Two-way tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Linear, GitHub, Trello, Asana, monday.com and Notion.
  • Zapier and Make.
  • Claude, including Fix with Claude.
  • Visitor feedback on a live site.
  • Developer details (console errors, the element and the browser) on comments.
  • Hiding the "Built with love by Drobber" credit in your review views.

Redeem a code#

If you are new to Drobber:

  1. Go to app.drobber.com/redeem.
  2. Enter your AppSumo code, your name, your business name (optional), your work email and a password of 8 or more characters.
  3. Press Create account and redeem. Your account and workspace are made with the code already on them.

If you already have a Drobber account, press Sign in to redeem on the same page, or sign in first and then go to app.drobber.com/redeem. Enter the code and press Redeem code. You land on Billing, which confirms your tier.

Only an owner of the workspace can redeem codes for it. If you are a team member, ask an owner to redeem it, or sign up with a different email to start your own workspace. Owners can also reach the page from Billing, through Redeem your code.

Codes are checked without spaces and in any case, so paste them as they are. Each code works once.

Stack more codes#

To move up a tier, buy another code on AppSumo, then open Billing and press Redeem another code (or go to app.drobber.com/redeem while signed in). The button reads Redeem and move to Tier 2 or Tier 3. Your projects, comments and files stay as they are. Three codes is the most a workspace can hold.

When a code cannot be redeemed#

  • The code has already been redeemed, is not one we recognise, or was refunded through AppSumo.
  • Your workspace already has a lifetime licence or a complimentary plan.
  • Your workspace has a paid monthly or yearly subscription running. Cancel it under Manage billing and redeem your code once it ends, or contact support and we will switch you over. A subscription that is still in its free trial is cancelled for you when you redeem.
  • You are on Tier 3 already.
  • Too many tries in a short time. Wait a few minutes and try again.

The project limit#

On Tier 1 and Tier 2, once you have as many projects as your tier allows, you cannot create a new one. Billing shows how many are in use. To start another, delete a project you have finished with, or move up a tier. Projects you already have keep working, even after a drop to a lower tier.

If a code is refunded#

A code refunded through AppSumo stops working, and the workspace drops one tier. If no codes are left, the workspace is paused as if a trial had ended, until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.

Plans and storage on AppSumo#

The AppSumo deal is a lifetime deal of its own, so there is no monthly or yearly plan to buy on top. You can still add more storage for a monthly fee.
