Managing feedback
Track comments through to done with statuses, assignees, revision rounds, approvals, deadlines and reminders.
- Comment statusesEvery comment is In Progress, Feedback or Resolved. What each status means, who can change it and where to do it.
- The Feedback column and filterFind every comment waiting on your client to check: the Board’s Feedback column, the Feedback filter and the Inbox.
- Assigning comments and the InboxAssign a comment to your agency, your client or one person, and see every comment across your projects in the Inbox.
- Revision roundsSet how many rounds of changes a project includes. Your client always sees which round they are on and how many are left.
- Client approval and sign-offClients press Approve, with an optional note, when they are happy. Your team is told and the project keeps a record.
- Feedback deadlines and remindersSet the date you need feedback by. Drobber nudges your client before it and, if you like, chases politely afterwards.
- Change the wording of client remindersRewrite the deadline nudges and chasers your clients receive, with placeholders for their name, the project and the date.
- Testing tools for QA and UATTurn on testing tools for QA or user acceptance testing: tester sign-off, a CSV of every comment, and complete tickets.
- Visitor feedback on a live siteAdd a Feedback tab to your live site so anyone using it can report bugs and ideas, pinned to the exact spot. Only your team sees it.
- When a fixed comment changes againDrobber watches resolved comments. If the part of the page a comment was about changes or disappears later, it flags it.
